Historical engineering work
Nexible was Munich Re and ERGO's digital-first insurance brand. This page documents historical engineering experience on the product; it does not imply that Nexible is currently operating in the same form or that Bytecode owned the wider insurance proposition.
Digital insurance journeys need to make quoting, purchasing and managing a policy understandable while still respecting complex product rules and operational constraints. That combination makes apparently simple customer flows difficult to implement safely.
Vedran's contribution
Vedran contributed to product and backend delivery for Nexible's online insurance experience. The work included support for customer journeys around policy management and claims-oriented workflows inside an established insurtech engineering environment.
The relevant capability for current teams is not the logo. It is the ability to enter a mature product, understand existing rules and delivery constraints, and make bounded changes without treating the system as a greenfield rebuild.
Technical context
The work sat at the intersection of:
